About me and my practice
I am a qualified Psychodynamic Counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I am dedicated and compassionate with a deep passion for helping individuals explore the intricacies of their emotional and psychological well -being. I am also committed to creating a safe and empathetic environment.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in the principles of Psychodynamic therapy. I believe that understanding the unconscious mind, childhood experiences, and the dynamics of one's relationships can provide valuable insights into current struggles. Through open dialogue and exploration, I assist clients in gaining a better understanding of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
